Unitized Pumping Plant Water Heater

Advanced Cleaning Systems makes a Heavy Duty Steel Frame with Gloss Black, Powder Coat Finish and Stainless Steel Access Panels (3), which make our equipment built to last.  Natural / LP On Demand Gas Fired 180,000 Input BTU Burner Systems generate approximately 130 F water cost effectively.  Belt driven, triplex oil-bath pumps, float tanks and safety valves insure reliable performance.  Unit comes standard with 2 solenoids (adjustable), that are remotely controlled by 24V.  Optional electronic remote controls the pump, burner, and two chemical        solenoids.  Our Car Wash Stands are backed by the BEST Warranty in the industry.

Foam Brush Assemblies

Standard Foam Brush Assemblies can be built up to 6 bays.  (other sizes available)

Low Pressure Assemblies come complete with Brush, Boom, Chemical Mixing Tank, and Wall Mount Control Panel.  Tire Cleaner and Pre-Soak Assemblies also available.

Spot Free Rinse Systems

ACS's Spot Free Rinse Systems are available from 250 to 3000 gallons per day of spot free water.  Standard with Electronic TDS Monitor, Brass Solenoids, PVC Housing, Motor and Pump Assemblies, Pressure Guage, and easy to follow set up instructions.
