Use for general cleaning of boil kettles, fermentation tanks and bright tanks, prior to sanitation. Alk-02 is loaded with oxygen producing detergents to break down proteins and carbohydrates left behind from the brewing process. Caution: Do not mix with Chlorine cleaners, as chlorine gas can be produced.
